The creativity of others
What does it mean when you are creative? How is creativity used by others, non-creators? Who are ‘the others?’ How can we benefit from the creativity of others? Starting with these questions, Lisa began her search for ‘the creativity of others’. She converted the search process, her findings and experiences into an exhibition concept. The visitor is guided through 5 research fields, which are intended to stimulate and arouse curiosity. Initiate: With the right questions, give an impetus. Discover: Develop a feeling for ingenuity. Theoretical: Analyze the structure of creativity. Research: Fathom the essence of creativity. Design: Find a visual translation for creativity. The focus of the exhibition are 11 interviews with ‘Others’: an accountant, a butcher, a collector, an autistic person, a journalist etc. from which Lisa developed 13 principles of creativity. The exhibition on the creativity of others is both the documentation of a search and the direct implementation of what was found. And the proof that butchers are creative too.
