Half, ½,  50%, the middle, the center. On July 2nd at 1 p.m. (due to summer time) exactly half of the year is over. That is exactly half the standard period of study for students in the fourth semester in the design department. Therefore, on this day, at this hour, we ‘celebrate’ half, ½, 50%, the middle, the center, the halftime, the incomplete, etc.— Party on/off.
